ShantaQuilette Carter-Williams MBA is an author, positivity maven and lifestyle coach, women’s health advocate, fashionista, (recent stroke and heart attack survivor) conflict resolution mediator, philanthropist, and creative director. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Regis University, MBA from Texas A&M Commerce University, and 20 years of experience in finance and accounting. She is also a former cosmetologist and graduate of Xenon International School of Hair Design.
ShantaQuilette is the Visionary and Curator of Style Follows Her, a media and creative design company that inspires, educates, and unites women with a creative spirit. Style Follows Her provides life-enhancing resources for women who seek to live a happier and abundant lifestyle through fashion, beauty, and wellness. ShantaQuilette is also the Founder and CEO of The Pink Peppermint Project, which is a 501c3 tax exempt non-profit organization with a mission to provide programs, services, and resources designed to support, educate, and empower women living with breast cancer.
ShantaQuilette hosts and produces uplifting events, transformational workshops, products and content designed to promote physical, emotional, and mental well-being. She is a quintessential and enterprising woman, enthusiastically passionate about revolutionizing the way society views works and family. Her professional memberships include the National Coalition of 100 Black Women (NCBW), the National Association of Black MBA’s, and the National Treasury Employee Union. A native of Denver, Colorado, ShantaQuilette is married, with three children and four bonus daughters and currently resides in a suburb of Dallas, Texas. She has been employed with the Department of Treasury for 11 years as a civil investigator.
